Trust & security
EveryChan holds the conversations at the heart of your customer relationships, so we treat that data with care. Here is a plain, honest account of how we protect it — no badges we haven't earned, just the measures we actually run.
The essentials
All traffic between you and EveryChan travels over TLS, so data is encrypted on the wire between your browser and our servers.
We process personal data in line with the EU GDPR, on your behalf and under your instructions, and we support data-subject rights.
Access to your workspace is governed by roles, so people only see what their role allows. Every request is authenticated.
Each customer organisation's data is logically separated, so one workspace can never read another's conversations or contacts.
We take regular backups and keep them in encrypted storage, so your data can be recovered without exposing it at rest.
We apply security updates regularly, follow least-privilege access internally, and use secure deletion when data is removed.
GDPR
EveryChan is built to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. If your customers or your team are in the EU, you keep the rights the GDPR grants — and we help you honour them.
To exercise any of these rights, reach us at [email protected].
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you've found a security issue in EveryChan, we'd genuinely like to hear from you. Email us a description and the steps to reproduce it, and we'll investigate and keep you posted.
Please give us reasonable time to address an issue before disclosing it publicly, and avoid accessing or altering data that isn't yours while testing.
